UNLV Athletics has launched the first-ever comprehensive capital campaign in department history. The “Rebel Up” Campaign is designed to improve, enhance, and build on the current student-athlete experience through philanthropy. Ways to Give

The UNLV Athletics Department benefits from the generosity of committed supporters who include Rebel Athletics in their charitable giving and financial planning.

Contributions can come to UNLV Athletics in many forms to support a wide variety of fundraising priorities (listed above) and through a variety of gifting opportunities (detailed below).

  • Annual gifts to the UNLV Athletics Fund start at $50.
  • Major gifts, typically pledged out over a period of up to five years, start at $10,000 annually. Those that give $10,000 annually and higher are recognized in the Shark Society.
  • Planned gifts, established through the UNLV Foundation, provide unique opportunities to support the Rebels. To learn more, please see further details below.

Contributions to the UNLV Athletics Fund can be made via cash, check or credit card. Donors can make their gift via credit card HERE. All major credit cards are accepted. Checks should be made payable to the UNLV Foundation, with the specific fund noted in the memo line.

GIFT-IN-KIND

Gift-in-Kind: A gift-in-kind is a contribution of tangible property such as products, services, equipment or merchandise in place of a cash donation. These gifts provide budgetary relief for the athletics department. All gift-in-kind pledges must be approved by the UNLV Athletics Fund staff.

MATCHING GIFTS

Matching gifts are a great way to stretch your gift to UNLV Athletics, further your support, and create a bigger impact. Over 23,000 employers offer matching gifts. We encourage donors who have this matching gift program available to take advantage as it may double or even triple your annual contribution. The endowment program represents a long term resource which can offset the financial strains of escalating scholarship costs, rising operational expenses, and the need for facility enhancements.
